Where is it used?
Sawage treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as STP) are used to treat domestic wastewater and other wastewater of similar composition (food enterprises, some chemical, microbiological, pharmaceutical industry enterprises). Block modular installations are particularly popular because they are delivered plant-ready,which allows you to significantly reduce turnkey installation and commissioning times.
How it works
Domestic sewage treatment plants use the "A2O+MBR+UV disinfection" process.
The A2O+MBR process is a sewage treatment process that combines A2O (anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic) and MBR (membrane bioreactor) technology and is widely used in domestic sewage treatment. This process effectively removes pollutants such as organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage through the synergistic effect of three stages: anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic. The A2O process achieves the degradation of organic matter in sewage and the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus by controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration and sludge return at different stages.
In practical applications, the A2O+MBR process can stably meet the Class A standard and is suitable for water needs such as flushing toilets and greening. The STP process also has the advantages of simple treatment, small footprint and stable operation.
