WTEYA visits Middle East customers: Entering the water treatment projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia!
In this sunny season, our WTEYA business manager and technical engineer team embarked on a customer visit trip to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This trip is not only a business event, but also an opportunity to get close to customers, understand their real needs, demonstrate our technical strength, and explore the possibility of future cooperation.
When we arrived in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we were instantly attracted to this land where modernity and tradition blend. The towering skyscrapers and the historic buildings form a sharp contrast, which makes us feel the charm of the country's development and culture.
We held technical exchanges with many customers. During the meeting with customers, customers showed great interest in WTEYA's zero wastewater discharge technology, especially our MVR evaporator. The technical engineers had an in-depth discussion with customers and shared our successful cases in wastewater treatment. Customers raised many questions about how to use our technology to improve the sustainability of their projects. The atmosphere was warm and the discussion lasted for two hours. The positive feedback from customers made us feel that the possibility of cooperation is moving in a positive direction.

On the second day of the visit, the customer led us to the customer's project site for a field visit. This is a hotel under construction that needs a sewage treatment plant. On-site, we saw a series of reserved locations for water treatment equipment and felt the customer's attention to water resource management.
On-site, technical engineers gave detailed explanations on the installation, commissioning,g, and operation of the equipment, and the customers appreciated our expertise. In discussions with customers, we learned about their many challenges in water treatment, such as how to improve the energy efficiency and water quality of the equipment. Our MVR evaporator has shown great advantages in this regard, and customers are full of expectations.
In-depth discussion of technology
We moved to Saudi Arabia to meet with another customer. The customer is a company focusing on seawater desalination and is looking for a new technical partner. We brought detailed information about solar desalination equipment and demonstrated WTEYA's technical strength in this field.
The customer showed great interest in our solar sewage treatment plant and RO reverse osmosis desalination plant. They wanted to learn how to use our technology to reduce production costs and improve water quality. We introduced our equipment performance, technical advantages, and practical application cases to them in detail, and the customers expressed great interest.
Opportunities for communication and cooperation
After completing a 20-day customer visit, we returned with a full load. This trip gave us a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets and also made us feel the recognition and expectations of customers for WTEYA technology.
