The new workshop of WTEYA Jingshan Factory was officially unveiled! Shareholders gathered on site, and partners and potential customers made a special trip to visit. The 1,000-square-meter standardized new workshop, 25-meter height, and brand-new visual kanban + 6S management system — officially open to the public! The factory and the group headquarters broadcast live simultaneously, and all colleagues witnessed this important moment together!

🏭 30,000㎡ Intelligent Manufacturing Base

WTEYA Jingshan Factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and is one of the leading-scale evaporator manufacturing bases in South China.

The newly put-in-use single workshop covers 1,000 square meters with a height of 25 meters, which can assemble multiple large-scale MVR evaporators at the same time, ensuring worry-free hoisting of large parts and sufficient assembly space.

With an annual output of more than 500 evaporator equipment, it has sufficient production capacity and stable delivery time.

Highlight 1: Visual Management, Full Traceability

The factory has introduced a visual kanban system, which displays the production progress, assembly status and quality inspection nodes of each workstation in real time.

With the kanban on: who is responsible, which step it is at, and whether it is qualified — all clear at a glance.

The entire production process is traceable and controllable, ensuring the high-quality delivery of each evaporator.

Highlight 2: 6S Standardized Management

Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety — the 6S system keeps the workshop clean and orderly, and the operation process standardized.

From spare parts to the whole machine, each step is strictly inspected according to standards. Customers praised it during the visit: "The workshop management is more standardized than many peers' factories!"
