WTEYA Delivers 30T/H Water Reuse Project for Ruyang Dongyangguang

WTEYA has successfully delivered a 30 m³/h water reuse system for Guangdong Ruyang Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd., recycling industrial washing water with a recovery rate above 65%.

⚙️ Project Overview

Located in Ruyuan County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, this project treats washing water from fluororesin production containing dispersants, sulfates and diethyl malonate. The treated water is reused as washing water for post-treatment materials.

💧 Treatment Process

The system combines filter press filtration + ultrafiltration + two-stage reverse osmosis: plate-frame filtered washing water passes through 200μm self-cleaning filters and 100μm bag filters, then enters the UF system with a recovery rate of 93%, followed by two-stage RO achieving 75% and 86% recovery respectively.

🎯 Technical Results

The system delivers effluent conductivity below 5μS/cm and TOC below 5mg/L, with total production capacity above 20.1 m³/h. The overall water recovery rate exceeds 65%, significantly reducing fresh water consumption and wastewater discharge.
